Mr Awad is an Orthopaedic Hip and Knee Surgeon at Mount Stuart Hospital and has more than 15 years of experience working in the NHS in the United Kingdom. Mr. Awad has been privileged to work in various major arthropalsty units in the UK, including the SWELOC centre of excellence in joint replacement in South West London, Croydon university Hospital, Royal Berkshire Hospital, Southmead Hospital, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, Cheltenham General Hospital, Southampton University and Torbay Hospital. During his time as senior fellow and a consultant in the Lower limb arthroplasty units, Mr. Awad enjoyed providing the highest possible level of care for all patients. This included both primary and revision hip and knee cases, Hip and knee arthroscopic surgeries.
Mr. Awad provides private consultations for all hip and knee cases, including degenerative conditions, post trauma, mechanical instability and medical-legal cases. His vision is to provide a trusted and modern approach to managing degenerative conditions. His ultimate goal is faster patient recovery and a return to desired levels of activity. He uses an open and honest, evidence-based approach with all his patients within comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, allowing each and every patient to make informed choices about the available treatment options.
