Dr Rosie Davis is a Consultant Dermatologist in Devon who specialising in inflammatory skin disease and skin cancer.
Dr Davis is a Consultant Dermatologist practicing at both Mount Stuart Hospital and Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Davis has a wealth of expertise in the full range of dermatological conditions and her key interests lie in the diagnosis or cancer and inflammatory skin disease.
She is particularly focused on good communication, leading to patient self-management and skin cancer prevention.
Dr Davis qualified with honours from University of Nottingham Medical School in 1999. She trained as a Dermatologist in the Midlands and was first appointed as a consultant in Derby in 2009. Working within a large team she was responsible for undergraduate dermatology training and developed a service for monitoring medication outcomes. She relocated to Torbay with her family in 2012. In Torbay, Dr Davis is a core member of the skin cancer team, governance lead and has an active surgical practice. Dr Davis enjoys teaching and regularly leads seminars, workshops and lectures for general practitioners, fellow hospital doctors and other health care professionals. She has presented at national and international meetings and is published in a variety of peer reviewed journals.
